My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but some maintenance was needed, and the check-in process could have been smoother. The breakfast buffet was a bit small for the number of guests. The first room was better than the second one.

However, the room was consistently too hot, even after multiple requests to lower the temperature. The location was exceptional, right on the edge of the old city, making it convenient for exploring. The service was outstanding, especially from Marco and the two friendly ladies, offering a magical experience during my visit. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, extremely clean, and in a good location, making it a great choice for a relaxing visit.
